Legal terms that govern the use of MagicMop Cleaning services in Ontario & British Columbia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a cleaning service or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings & Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm any booking. The deposit amount varies by service type and is clearly shown in your instant quote. The deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy.
3. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details. Final pricing includes applicable taxes based on your province (ON or BC). Any additional charges for extra services or add-ons will be disclosed before work begins.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is always free with at least 24 hours notice.
5. Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, we will return within 48 hours at no extra charge to correct the issue.
6. Liability & Insurance
MagicMop carries $2,000,000 liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed before the service, or damage caused by your pets or children during cleaning.
7. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property. If a key or smart-lock code is provided, we treat it with the highest confidentiality and return it securely after service.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to remove valuable or fragile items before the cleaning begins and to ensure pets and children are safely away from work areas. We are not liable for lost or damaged items not reported before the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the province where the service was performed.
